Mrs. Akridge began teaching PreK at Providence in 2019 and transitioned to 2nd Grade in 2023. She is the wife of a wonderful husband and mother to three grown children. While this is her first experience in a traditional classroom, she was privileged to home educate her three children for nearly a decade following the classical model of education. She and her husband attend Jubilee Church. Kathleen enjoys singing and worship, reading, and is always in the mood for a taco.
