Congratulations to Our Co-Valedictorians

Providence is honored to recognize Bonnie Egger and Alyssa Haverdink as co-valedictorians of the graduating class of 2017. Bonnie and Alyssa have tied with one another for the highest cumulative GPA in their class.


About Bonnie
Bonnie is a student who is both academically gifted and involved in a wide array of activities. Bonnie joined Providence in 2nd grade. She has been active in sports at Providence, participating in volleyball and basketball during her entire upper school career, and as a captain of both teams throughout high school. Bonnie has participated in newspaper and yearbook, and has served as the stage manager for the last two Shakespeare plays. Her musical talents are well known at school and church. Outside of school she works at Panda Express. She plans to attend Concordia University Wisconsin next fall, majoring in nursing with a possible minor in music.


About Alyssa

Alyssa is a student who is both academically gifted and involved in a wide array of activities. Alyssa joined Providence in 7th grade. She has been active in sports at Providence, participating in volleyball, basketball, and cross-country. She has served on Student Council for three years and as president during her senior year. She started and led a Bible study for high school ladies this year. Outside of school she works at Panda Express. She plans to attend Missouri State University in Springfield next fall, majoring in psychology.
